Elden Creative Group was recently commissioned by the organizer of a fundraising event benefiting the ChadTough Foundation to design the event’s logo. The event, dubbed The Victors Golf Challenge, is a unique opportunity for golf enthusiasts, Michigan fans, and ChadTough champions alike to embark on a late-summer trip to the golf mecca of Northern Michigan and participate in an event like no other, all to raise money for pediatric brain tumor research.
100% of all net proceeds from the event will go to The ChadTough Foundation, which will apply the funds directly to the accelerated pediatric brain tumor initiative at Michigan Medicine.
Former University of Michigan head football coach Lloyd Carr will serve as the keynote speaker during the Awards Dinner Reception on Thursday, August 17.
Carr achieved a 122-40 record in 13 seasons at Michigan, winning five Big Ten titles and the 1997 National Championship. The third-winningest coach in program history, Carr was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2011 and the University of Michigan Athletic Hall of Honor in 2015. Coach Carr’s grandson, Chad, the Foundation’s namesake, lost his battle to DIPG on November 23, 2015.
