Matt studied Chemistry at Bowling Green State University, landing his first job as a chemist with global paint company Sherwin-Williams immediately upon graduating. Since then, he’s received his MBA from The Ohio State University, continuing on with Sherwin-Williams as a regional sales representative in addition to aiding the internal goings-on of ECG and helping craft smart client marketing strategies.

When not busy with business, he takes great pleasure in a lively round of golf and teaching his boys how to toss the perfect spiral.
